life in progress

Well, you know what? I am busy busy installing my very own studio!
We bought the house next door and first floor will be dedicated to me and my paintings.
Second floor will be dedicated to my private practice as a gastroenterologist.

Will never ever quit medicine.
Nor art.
So I've decided to continue both.

It took one whole year to repair the house and now it is splendid.
Can't believe number 3 is already one year old...

Today, I am going to start to unpack the boxes filled with my art supplies.
They were stored in the basement all that time and I've missed everything a lot.

After that, I will quit Blogger. I found a nice domain name and will make my own website (at least someone else will make it for me).

A lot of you asked why I don't have a FB account yet. and an Instagram one.
It is because time is missing.
And, I have to confess that I am afraid to become addicted to all that social media thing and then, have even less time remaining to paint.
But I am thinking about it.

Where would you prefer to follow me? on my blog? on a FB wall? or through Instagram?
Do tell!

“Well," said Pooh, "what I like best," and then he had to stop and think. Because although Eating Honey was a very good thing to do, there was a moment just before you began to eat it which was better than when you were, but he didn't know what it was called.”

We are going! To Spain and Portugal!

"There is no moment of delight in any pilgrimage like the beginning of it."
Charles Dudley Warner
In a couple of days, we'll set off on a tour due to last one and a half months.
This is our itinerary from Madrid to Porto.
We'll focus on the multifaceted mirror of the peninsula and experience the heritage of almost 800 years of Islamic presence.
